Half of the Programme Fee will be refunded to the candidate if he/she withdraws his/her admission from the
programme and claims refund before the closing date of the admission for the session.

Admission Related:
The admission process usually starts in the month of November for Spring session and in May for Autumn semester.
The admission process can be done in online mode only.

Learners shall receive their study materials in the months of February and July for Spring and Autumn semesters respectively.

Counselling sessions:
The counselling classes usually take place in the month of October for Autumn Semester and in the month of April for Spring semester.
The notification regarding the counselling classes shall be uploaded in the website of CDOE from time to time. Learners are requested to visit the website regularly.
No it is not compulsory to attend the counselling sessions.
Counselling sessions can be held in all the study centres provided the number of learners who have registered is a minimum of ten. However, if there is no sufficient number of registered learners, the counselling session shall only be held in Tezpur University.
Accommodation may be provided subject to availability of seats in hostels/ guest house on payment of normal charge.
Examination:
Yes, Rs. 500 per subject/course shall be paid as examination fees. The fee is subject to change.
No, submission of assignments is compulsory for being eligible to appear in the examination.
The examinations usually take place in the months of December and June.
